Thanks to generous contributions from our community – the program has helped feed approximately 4,000 animals and more than 140,300 pounds of pet food has been donated since 2010.

The program benefits applicants who are Fayetteville residents and meet HUD’s income guidelines. Ranger’s Pantry provides pet food to those who are struggling to feed their pets during unfortunate circumstances. red-eared sliders like Shelly do not generally prefer to be handled or petted like some pets. The City of Fayetteville’s Community Resources division created Ranger’s Pantry pet food bank program in 2010 to help keep Fayetteville families and their pets together. Shelly is the Forest Park Public Librarys pet turtle. All dogs and cats born after the 1 July 2018 must be desexed by a registered. Donated pet food will help keep shelves stocked and ready for distribution this winter. Desexing your dog or cat prevents antisocial behaviour and unwanted litters. Animal Control Services for the Citys Enforcement Services branch provides many services on behalf of the community, such as: responding to complaints for pets.
